Who We Are
Enterprise Services is a collaborative division within NU ITS, bringing together five teams dedicated to delivering enterprise applications, integrations, and data solutions.
We support mission critical business and academic operations by designing, maintaining, and enhancing the systems that keep the University running. Our portfolio includes core enterprise platforms such as the student information system (PeopleSoft), constituent relationship management (Salesforce), content management system (Cascade), and many other essential applications and services.
The student information system, and its surrounding ecosystem, manages information about students, faculty, and staff across the university. These systems span enrollment, admissions, financial aid, billing, advising, student success, learning management, and document imaging.
Our CRM platform plays a central role in recruitment, retention, and student success initiatives, enabling data driven engagement and supporting strategic priorities across the enterprise. The CMS helps shape the user experience of students, faculty, and staff in understanding our organization and institutional mission.
Across all campuses, we build and support enterprise applications and transformative digital solutions that enable efficient service delivery while adhering to best practices in security, monitoring, configuration, and deployment. In addition, we develop custom web applications to meet departmental and research needs, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and long term strategy.
How We Align
Enterprise Services works closely with partners across enrollment management, student records, admissions, marketing and communications, research, business and finance, academic affairs, and other key functional areas.
We serve two system institutions and eight campuses, operating within governance structures that represent and balance the needs of students, faculty, staff, and leadership. Through this collaboration, we help ensure enterprise technology solutions advance institutional goals, support operational excellence, and enhance the experience of the University of 91߹community.
